You can wrap cheeseburgers in it, make pocket pizza puffs, make tomato and tapenade tarts, and of course pastries. You can drizzle it in butter and Parmesan cheese and dip it in garlic infused olive oil. You can take left over scraps, rerolled and cut into triangles and bake it and drizzle it with blueberries cooked in margarine and brown sugar with ice cream a la mode. I love this stuff.
